Who should be contacted for matters related to building maintenance?

The Building Manager Charles Peereboom should be contacted in the first instance either by visiting his office on the ground floor, or email  If it is an emergency after hours please contact Grady Strata on their out of hours contact number 02 6251 1214.

In the case of an emergency do emergency services have ready access to the building?

Yes, emergency services such as police, fire and ambulance have access codes and keys to allow access and movement throughout the building.

Who can use the Gym?

The Gym exists for use by residents of NewActon South and it is maintained by the Owners Corporation with assistance from Acton Investments Pty. Ltd. (Molonglo Group). We have an agreement for access by guests of the Peppers Gallery Hotel and residents of New Acton East. (Acton Investments has supplied a share of the equipment in the Gym).

Are residents able to use the theatre on the ground floor?

The Kendall Lane Theatre is a commercial space owned and operated by the Molonglo Group. Private bookings may be made on a fee-paying basis through commercial tenant Benchmarc. Email:  hello@benchmarcgroup.com.au .

How do I complain about excessive noise in the precinct?

To report excessive environmental noise, residents and visitors should contact the ACT Environmental Protection Agency through Access Canberra on 132281 or 62130700 to lodge a noise complaint and request that the EPA send a monitoring team to investigate.  These contact numbers operate 24 hours seven days per week.
